International orders
All orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to customs clearance fees, import duties, VAT, and any additional charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Brittica Vitality has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
Processing & Dispatch
Orders placed before 2:00 PM GMT Monday–Friday are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or on UK bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. Delivery times listed above are estimates from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.
If a delivery is delayed due to circumstances beyond our control (customs delays, courier disruptions, severe weather), we will notify you as soon as possible and work to resolve the issue.
Returns & Refunds

We want you to feel confident trying Ca-AKG+. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return your unopened or partially used bottle within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. No questions asked.
How to return
- Email us at info@brittica.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
- We will send you a return authorisation and a prepaid return label (UK orders only).
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging where possible and attach the return label.
- Drop off at any Post Office or arrange collection. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5 working days to your original payment method.
Conditions
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
- The product must be returned in its original bottle with the seal intact (for unopened items) or with reasonable remaining quantity (for partially used items under the satisfaction guarantee).
- Shipping costs on the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).
- International return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions or show signs of tampering or excessive use.
Damaged or incorrect items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days at info@brittica.co.uk with photos of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement at no additional cost and cover any return shipping.
