These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Brittica Vitality website (the "Site") and the purchase of products from us. By accessing this Site and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use this Site or purchase any products.

Brittica Vitality is a trading name of Paragon Vitality. Our business address is 18 Arthington Court, Moor Road, Leeds, LS10 2LW, UK.

Ca-AKG+ is a food supplement intended to complement a varied and balanced diet. It is not a medicine and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Our products are formulated for adults aged 18 and over. They are not suitable for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or individuals with known medical conditions, unless expressly advised otherwise by a qualified healthcare professional.

If you are taking any prescription medication, have a pre-existing medical condition, or are under medical supervision, you must consult your doctor or pharmacist before using any of our supplements.

The information provided on this Site, including product descriptions, ingredient details, and scientific references, is for educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse any order without giving reasons.

Prices displayed on the Site are in British Pounds Sterling (£) and include UK VAT at the applicable rate where required. Prices may change at any time without notice, but changes will not affect orders already accepted.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If we discover an error in the price of any product you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled.

Payment must be made in full at the time of order. We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout. All payment information is processed securely through our payment providers. We do not store your full payment card details.

Delivery charges and estimated times are as set out in our Shipping & Returns policy. Delivery dates are estimates only and we are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to customs clearance, courier delays, severe weather, or industrial action.

Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery to the address specified in your order. Ownership of the products passes to you only upon receipt of full payment (including delivery charges).

If you fail to take delivery of the products or provide incorrect delivery information, we may charge you for redelivery or, if the products are returned to us, treat the order as cancelled with a refund of the product price only (delivery charges are non-refundable in this case).

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your products without giving any reason. You must inform us of your decision to cancel by emailing info@brittica.co.uk with your order number.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must return the products to us within 14 days of informing us. The products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with the seal intact. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the items are faulty or incorrect.

We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned products or evidence of return, whichever is sooner. Refunds will be made to your original payment method.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Subject to the above, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or our products.

Our total liability to you in respect of any single event or series of connected events shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the products in question.

You agree that supplements affect individuals differently, and results may vary. We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes from using our products.

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and scientific references, is the property of Brittica Vitality or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise use any content from this Site without our prior written consent. You may print or download extracts from the Site for personal, non-commercial use only.
